Lovely welcome & welcome pack. Very clean and tidy with nice decor. Pool area has sunbeds but no parasols. The apartment did have its own sun loungers and parasol, also table and chairs for outdoor eating. There is also a washing machine so you dont have to take loads of clothes which help with reduced luggage. It has a good location and is close to the restaurant's and bars, and the beach is only a 10 min walk away.
Nothing we have stayed here before, and it was just as expected.

The apartment was exceptionally clean, very well equipped and very comfortable. The complex itself was quiet which was perfect for a relaxing break in the sun. Being on the fringe of Caleta de Fueste, but only a 10-15 minute walk from the marina, beach and the commercial centre, the location perfectly suits what anyone needs or wants when on holiday. A well stocked Hipodiner was two minutes away on foot which was very convenient.
Erika and Alessio left a very thoughtful welcome pack of Cava and nibbles, as well as some tea and coffee sachets, which was much appreciated. They also met a request for a late check out and an extra set of towels (as only one bath and hand towel had been provided per person for the week) promptly and without hesitation.

Not having a hoover to clean the mat in the living room. It was a cosy touch to have the mat but it gathers crumbs etc easily and had a few spillage stains from previous customers. It might be an idea just not to have a mat at all.
There was no bathroom cleaning products or cloth. These would have been helpful to freshen toilets and sinks. Some kitchen cloths and product had been left which was good. A few more bin bags for rubbish would have been welcomed, too, as only one was left, which was insufficient for the week.
