Luxury one bedroom duplex in Caleta de Fuste

Lovely accommodation we have stayed in many apartments in Caleta over the past 15 years, this is the best apartment we have been in.

Location, facilities, ease of use...

There is nothing to dislike could do with a little overall...

Perfect location within walking distance of the town. Downstairs air con was wonderful. Big garden, downstairs bathroom, all the kitchen utilities you’ll need.

Air con still not working, but has a portable air con in bedroom that you have to empty during the night.

Apartment was on a lovely complex, very centrally located for shops restaurants and the beach. Pool on the complex was never too busy and water temperature was perfect.

Booked this property because had air conditioning throughout, another apartment was available on the same complex for much less money but chose this one due to the air conditioning. I read a review stating air con wasn’t working and contacted the property before the holiday to be told parts ordered and would be fixed prior to our arrival. The day before we arrived (Thursday)I received a message that the air con downstairs was working but upstairs in the bedroom wasn’t yet fixed but was being serviced on Monday and the downstairs air con was enough to cool the entire apartment. Aircon wasn’t fixed and I messaged asking when this would be done as we had to sleep on the sofa downstairs the previous night. This message was ignored for the duration of our stay and aircon not fixed. For half of our 8 nights we had to sleep on sofa in living room which was definitely not made to sleep 2 people. Towels were ripped as were the curtains in the bedroom . The sun lounger at the back door was damaged and unusable and the other lounger was broken in 2 pieces and left at the side of the property.
