The location was perfect for us. In the middle and walkable to both Calis and Fetiyhe old town, with a local mini market and shop at the end of the road.
The property itself is perfect for families or larger groups. the outdoor space is fantastic, and the owner was good enough to let us extend our check out time.
If i had to find any fault, and I'm being picky here to give a balanced review, the internet wasn't great. It was good enough for general browsing but not really good enough for any UK streaming. And there was a plastic Tupperware-type food container left in the cupboard that still had food remains in it.

The villa was clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen had all the tools, and the place was comfortable. They cleaned the pool every three days, which was great.
The location is very good — only 10 minutes walk to the sea. It’s a nice area for walking with a beautiful sea view. There is a supermarket nearby, also many restaurants and parks for kids. A very nice place for families. We enjoyed our stay and recommend it!
