    My experience at Hotel Silver Nes was extremely disappointing and far from what I expected. Upon entering the room, I immediately noticed that both the room and the bathroom had not been cleaned properly; there was dust on surfaces and visible stains in the bathroom. To make matters worse, I discovered there was no hot water available for showers, which was particularly frustrating. The shower head was broken and leaking, compounding the issue. Most troubling of all, I found used condoms in the dustbin, which is completely unacceptable and indicative of a lack of basic hygiene standards. Overall, this stay was very concerning, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

    I am writing to express deep disappointment with my stay due to the following issues: The room was not cleaned. Bedsheets had stains, bathroom had hair and foul smell. Called reception 4 times for AC not working. No one attended for 1+ hours.Staff Behavior was rude and unprofessional when I raised the issue.Despite paying ₹ 1500 per night, the experience was unacceptable and caused severe inconvenience.
