Wohnung sauber. Vermieter freundlich. Zahlung der Taxe per Überweisung. 1 Schlafzimmer, 1 Wohnzimmer mit einem Schlafsofa, Küche und Bad. Kaffeemaschine mit 4 Tabs für 2 Nächte. Küche voll ausgestattet. Klimaanlage jedem Zimmer vorhanden. In der Nähe gibt es ein Carrefour. Metro Alessandrino einfach in 5 min zu Fuß erreichbar. In 25 min am Kolosseum mit der Metro. Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeit in der Straße, wenn man einen findet, wir hatten Glück. Negativ, leider war das Schlafsofa sehr unbequem, laut Vermieter wir dies geändert. Was noch ein plus wäre. 1 Wasserflasche bereit zustellen. Und evtl. 1-2 Taps für die Waschmaschine.

L’emplacement est bon car seulement 30mn du centre. Immeuble sécurisé et quartier calme. Alessio a un très bon sens de l’accueil et saura répondre à toutes vos demandes rapidement.

Il posto ha un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Siamo stati bene, gli ambienti sono ampi e spaziosi e Alessio si è dimostrato gentile e disponibile. Nonostante non sia in centro, È vicino alla metro quindi molto ben collegato.
