Locatia foarte buna, apartamentul curat cu toate facilitatile. La cerere in a 4-a zi am primit la schimb prosoape curate. Noi am avut doar cazarea in pret, in cea mai mare parte am mancat la restaurantul hotelului(noi nu am fost prea multumiti de mancarea de la restaurant), in cateva seri am mancat la Popasul Pescarilor si mai sunt vreo doua restaurante pe langa Popasul Pescarilor(e la 2km de mers pe plaja). Noi am fost multumiti pt alegerea facuta, recomand apartamentul.
Nu am un punct slab pt.aceasta locatie. Daca doresti serviciile de la Novum platesti pt.orice activitate. Piscina extra-150lei/ de persoana, sezlongurile extra, parcul pt copii extra(50lei/zi de copil).

Proprietatea este exact ca in descriere. Curat, confortabil, parcare subterana.
Singurul minus este ca nu au un scaun pe balcon.

Designul complexului
Parcarea este impracticabila, super aglomerata. Ne-am chinuit sa iesim din parcare 30 min, am lovit masina. In apartament, pernele sunt foarte inconfortabile, nu sunt pahare nici pentru apa. Codul de acces nu a functionat initial. Nu exista niciun fel de acces la facilitatile Novum (piscina, restaurant, plaja).
