Comfortable bed, clean apartment

The facilities are missing. Basically the apartment is inside a complex where you do not have access to anything, so you get isolated in a nice apartment looking at the rest of the tourists enjoying the complex’s beach, pools, gardens etc. We stayed at Novum in the previous years, and when we booked this apartment we thought it is part of the complex with access to all the facilities inside it, but the property was poorly advertised and misleading . Only after you do complete the payment, you will receive a message from By TheChoice - the ones who manage the property - saying the apartment is part of Novum but you do not have access to any Novum facilities. We went to the reception to discuss the issue, we offered to pay for full access to Novum complex but they said the hotel is fully booked and they cannot offer access in any way, only off season you can pay and get access. To be honest, this is a mistake from both sides : from Novum that allows to have apartments in the complex without access to the facilities and from the ones who manage the property who do not state clearly before booking the property, that it is not a Novum experience, zero facilities to the complex.

Designul complexului

Parcarea este impracticabila, super aglomerata. Ne-am chinuit sa iesim din parcare 30 min, am lovit masina. In apartament, pernele sunt foarte inconfortabile, nu sunt pahare nici pentru apa. Codul de acces nu a functionat initial. Nu exista niciun fel de acces la facilitatile Novum (piscina, restaurant, plaja).
