Very friendly host, calling to say that room was ready, providing a missing dryer.
The outside pool area became degraded and should be upgraded (loose floor tiles around the pool).
The bathroom toilet was not sealed, leakage.

This accommodation is awesome for working from home, which was the scope of booking it, for me and my partner. It is spacious, it has awesome views for both the bedroom and the living room, it has a fridge, a washing machine, basic cooking pots, a coffee maker. The living room couch and the AC made our stay very nice.
The bed is king size and very comfortable, they offer lots of pillows and spare towels. There's a market nearby.
I could not find an iron, but I think that is the only negative think I have to mention. And the remote control for the living room TV did not work.

Pros:
• Very spacious apartment
• Very nice sea view from the balcony
• Very well equipped kitchen in terms of utensils
• Close to the beach
• Squeaky clean sheets
• Convenient parking, always available
• Air conditioning
• They fulfilled the extra requirements such as travel cot and baby chair, which we are thankful for
Points worth improving:
• Kind of dirty floors. No dust but a mop should have been used as our socks/feet got dirty pretty fast
• Bathroom window would not close
• A dish sponge would have been useful. Pretty hard to properly clean the dishes without it.
• The heating system was leaking when warm water was turned on. There was a bucket underneath with dirty water to catch the drops, pretty unpleasant
• A bad sewage smell coming from the bathroom
