Guest House Sunrise

Excelent place to stay , clean , and with a nice back yard , good for big families with many members

Quiet location away from tourism. Driveway for hire car. Excellent AC. Perfect for a family of four, self catering. Kitchen was adequate but it would have been awkward to cook a meal for 4 with just one hot plate.

Facilities include washing machine, iron, cleaning products but we couldn’t access them. The door to that part of the building was locked. Owner turned up daily unannounced which wasn’t an issue per se, but uncomfortable if anyone was sunbathing in the garden or in a state of undress. No cover for rain outside so all the chairs and cushions were soaked through.

Къщата е чиста и е с всички удобства. Има три спални помещения и е подходяща за обща компания от 6-8 човека. Градината е чудесна, много цветя, лавандула и маса под зелената лоза. Лятна кухня с всички необходими уреди и посуда. Има две бани и две тоалетни- чисти и поддържани.

Няма къде да се паркира.

I liked the location, as it is close to shop, the center and the main road. The backyard is nice. The AC was working. There is a space for 1 car inside the front garden.

The house is advertised as we will be the only guests and we will have the entire house for ourselves. In reality we were given 2 separate bedrooms and the 3rd bedroom was given to two other guests. I understand the given from the host explanations about their struggles with the different platforms, but this is not making it pleasant for me as a guest. No washing machine available although it was in the list of facilities. We were not given with keys to the entry door of the house and we were told it is a save city, but to my surprise I woke up around 23h to find 4 strangers in the corridor of the house. It appears that there are 2 guests houses on the same street number 17 and possibly they entered the wrong house. I can’t be sure of that or their intentions, but they left peacefully after I asked them. The kitchen is outside of the house - summer kitchen, so we had to go all the way around the house to make coffee for example. The bathroom is extremely small, when taking a shower everything gets wet, including the toilet as you have to basically take a shower standing just next to the toilet seat. I would say it is a very basic house, and we will avoid booking it again. We left one night earlier then planned as we saw no point in staying there the whole booked time. Shabla is a nice little town, but the house is not representing it well.
