Appartement impeccable et très bien équipé. La cuisine est très fonctionnelle et la salle de bain (avec WC séparés) est spacieuse avec des sanitaires de qualité. L'ensemble est meublé et décoré avec goût. La climatisation est un plus, même si nous avons eu la chance de ne pas avoir à l'utiliser. Le stationnement (gratuit) ne pose aucun problème, sauf le mardi jour de marché où il faut chercher un peu plus loin.
L'escalier d'accès à l'appartement situé au premier étage est moderne mais ne dispose pas (encore ?) de rampe ni de protection côté vide, ce qui peut inquiéter des personnes âgées ou présentant des problèmes d'équilibre.

Les espaces et la qualité de l'équipement. la propreté . le cahier de bord, ultra complet. L'air conditionner bien nécessaire vu l'orientation de l'appartement et les nombreuses fenêtres.
