Отличная, очень большая квартира в интересном доме с парком в закрытом дворе. Все работает, чистое. Передача ключей без проблем, даже были готовы на час раньше заселить без доп оплаты
Кондиционеры не очень удобны и шумноваты, но понятно что в доме внешние блоки нельзя вешать

Le logement est situé dans un joli parc . Logement ancien très bien. Double vitrage permettant de ne pas subir le bruit sur la place. Situé à 10/15 mn d'une station de Métro . Très bon accueil de l'hôte.
Il y a un ventilateur au plafond que nous n'avons pas eu besoin d'utiliser au mois de mai. Le logement ancien permet de garder le frais mais peut être une clim serait appréciée pendant l'été.

L’accueil, la propreté, les bons matelas, le jardinet intérieur , l’emplacement (à 4 min. à pied du Métro), SDB bien éloignée des chambres, le départ facile et autonome, commerces de proximité.
Le bruit car nous n’étions pas côté jardin c’est le seul point négatif.
