Air Conditioning: The rooms were equipped with effective air conditioning units. Bathroom Amenity: The bathroom included the convenience of a bidet.

CRITICAL SAFETY HAZARD (Hot Water System): The small water boiler in the kitchen is dangerously set to heat water up to 100°C. This means boiling water comes out of the hot water tap, creating a severe and immediate risk of scalding and life-threatening burns. This setup is unlawful and violates standard health and safety regulations, which typically require residential hot water to be limited to approximately 50-55°C to prevent injury. Insufficient Hot Water Supply: Due to the minuscule size of the boiler, the hot water supply was inadequate. There was not enough hot water for even one person to complete a short shower. Electrical Issues: The apartment has faulty electrical wiring. Running the washing machine and turning on the air conditioner simultaneously consistently caused the circuit breaker (fuse) to trip, limiting appliance use. Kitchen Amenities: There is no electric kettle. We were required to use a metal kettle on the gas stove, which took around ten minutes to boil water for simple tasks like making tea. Inconvenient Key and Power System: Only a single set of keys was provided for the entire group. Furthermore, electricity for the apartment is activated by inserting the main key into a special wall lock upon entry, which is highly inconvenient when only one set of keys is available.
