Everything was par excellence. Arrival and departure went smoothly with no hitches. The hosts representative (Karin Smith) was exceptional! She could teach her employing agency (Host Agents) a few things regarding customer service.
The only thing I didn't enjoy, was dealing with Host Agents. They overwhelm you with emails and messages that are lengthy to say the least. A busy individual does not have time to read endless gumph! Also, the principal at Host Agents should also learn to contain her comments until after she has ended the call. After having been spoken to as though I was a child being condescended to, that was the last straw.My query was why they needed to hold my deposit for fourteen days after departure. To date I have not received my refund yet. The property was inspected prior to my departure which I did appreciate.
