The included breakfast and drink times in the evening.
We had to use the room key for the elevator, not a deal breaker but kind of inconvenient. We had to pay to park in their lot, which is normal for downtown hotels.

Beds and pillows were comfy.
Breakfast was good.
Location was great.
Food at night got messed up several times.
Empty liquor bottle and dirty makeup blender under chair in room (neither was ours, so cleanliness could have been better).
View from one room could have been better.
