sporcizia, terrazza non utilizzabile per il troppo sporco e neanche un ombrellone, aria condizionata nel corridoio che perdeva acqua (faceva fatica a rinfrescare le stanze), difficile comunicazione con il proprietario sia per capire dove fosse la casa che per le problematiche avute durante il soggiorno
