Era prevista un terrazzo ma si è rivelato una discarica buia e non utilizzabile ma bensj un parcheggio per le bici difficile pure da raggiungere visto il poco spazio intorno. Per utilizzare il water non bisogna essere piu alti di 1,50 altrimenti le gambe non hai dove metterle. Lavatrice che perdeva acqua al primo tentativo di lavaggio. Nessuna finesta provvista di zanzariera per cui o le zanzare o il caldo.
