I miei genitori hanno soggiornato in questo appartamento per alcuni giorni e si sono trovati molto bene. La posizione è ottima: si trova a pochi passi dalla fermata della metropolitana Rovereto e in meno di 20 minuti si raggiunge comodamente la Stazione Centrale. L’appartamento è spazioso, pulito e dotato di aria condizionata in camera, un dettaglio particolarmente apprezzato durante il soggiorno. Inoltre, il proprietario è stato estremamente disponibile e gentile, aiutandoci prontamente con qualsiasi necessità o richiesta. Consigliato!

I stayed here for around three weeks and found it very comfortable for both short- and long-term stays. The apartment is a decent size, with a separate bedroom and a walk-in closet, which made a longer stay much more convenient. It’s very well equipped with everything you may need - a washing machine (in a separate room on the same floor), a vacuum cleaner, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher (tablets provided), pots/pans, plates/cups and cutlery. The Wi-Fi worked very well throughout the entire apartment. In my opinion, the location is great - just a 3-minute walk from a red line metro station, which takes you to Duomo in about 10-15 minutes. Central Station is also within a 20-minute walk or a short bus ride. The area itself is very nice - a trendy neighborhood with good cafes and several supermarkets all within a 10-minute walk. I’d especially like to acknowledge the host: Marco was very responsive throughout my stay, replying to questions within minutes and even coming to help with an electricity issue within 20 minutes one evening. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and found this place very convenient for both tourists and business travelers.

The apartment is located on an elevated first floor with no elevator. This should be mentioned more explicitly on the Booking page, as it could be inconvenient for some travelers. From time to time, the shower had an issue with the drain, causing water to spill onto the bathroom floor. It looked like this has been an ongoing problem, as there was already some minor damage to the wall. The pans were quite scratched, so I only used the pots for cooking - it might be time to replace them. While the apartment generally appeared clean, and the bed linen and towels were very good, the shelves and floors were quite dusty. As a suggestion for longer stays, it would be great to offer an optional towel change and cleaning service for guests staying longer than one week.

Great location, very close to the metro line M1 which allows you to travel to the rest of Milan easily. Nice neighbourhood with lots of bars and restaurants as well. Several convenience stores are close by, and there's a 24/7 Carrefour store a bit further down. The apartment itself is very comfortable for a city trip. Upon arrival you can open the main gate with a link, and the door to the apartment with a 9-digit code. Inside the apartment are the keys to the main gate, and the shared washing machine downstairs. The door to the apartment is opened and closed with the same 9-digit code during your stay. The owner is friendly and helpful, and responds quickly to any questions you might have. The kitchen is equipped with a proper fridge, oven, stove and pots and pans if you feel the need to cook at home. Both windows have mosquito nets en shutters. The shutters in the bedroom can be adjusted to let more light in, or to darken it completely, which is great. There is plenty of storage space to put away your clothes and suitcases. There's a vacuum cleaner and a clothing rack. The wifi is great. The bed has a memory foam mattress, which I'm not a fan of since I like to toss and turn a lot, but to each their own. It was comfortable enough and not squeaky or anything. Good clean pillows. Good water pressure everywhere. Everything was clean too, except for the shower.

The shower wasn't cleaned properly, and has a bit of a mould problem. The sealant in between the tiles was black in some places, and when we took a shower we noticed that it would overflow rather quickly. Upon opening the shower filter I noticed it was full of hair, blocking the flow. This has probably happened a lot because the skirting board closest to the shower was clearly suffering from water damage, causing it to bulge. There was mould there too. I haven't checked the bathroom exhaust but I think its filter needs to be replaced. All relatively easy fixes, but they need to be done. Other minor points of improvement: while there were plenty of cleaning liquids, we couldn't find any sponges or wipes to actually clean with. Would be a nice addition to not have to buy these yourself. And the otherwise fully equipped kitchen didn't have any oil to cook with. I understand why, but cooking oil is one of those things that's annoying to buy for a few days, especially when you're travelling by plane, because you're not allowed to take it back.
