Excellent Property and host, 5* for sure, would highly recommend and would definitely return!
Stayed in June 2005 - we were the second quests to stay. The property was inspected by the local agency while we were there. Everything was brand new and high quality. All the windows\doors had built in fly screens and blackout roller shutters. AC worked perfectly and we very quiet. Beds and mattresses were on the "luxury" end and some of the best I have seen in rental. Private pool and outside space was perfect, sufficient loungers and umbrellas, Google Earth\Maps has not updated, so the property does not appear on it - the pictures of the area are 12 years old. Its 10km from Zadar airport. Property is off the main road, so quiet. Its only around 400m to the closest supermarket and 700m to the main Marina restaurant and beach, Sukosan was maybe 15 min walk away, but we had a hire, so we only a few mins by car. Hosts English was not great (but better then my Croatian) and by communicating by WhatsaApp it was not a problem.
We arrived after dark, so was a bit tricky to find it, but that was a google issue as it brought us past the Villa, which was behind the main hose, so we missed it first time past.

Pobyt w tej willi był bardzo udany! Obiekt nowoczesny, urządzony w wysokim standardzie i z dbałością o detale. Mieszkanie czyste, przestronne, wyposażone we wszystko, czego można potrzebować – zarówno wewnątrz, jak i na zewnątrz. Ogromnym atutem był duży basen, który był codziennie czyszczony, idealne miejsce na relaks i ochłodę w upalne dni. Właściciel sympatyczny, pomocny, posługuje się językiem angielskim, co bardzo ułatwia komunikację. Lokalizacja również na plus – w pobliżu znajdują się restauracje, Marina oraz plaża, którą zdecydowanie warto odwiedzić. Bardzo, bardzo polecamy!

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in der Villa Gio! Alles war tipptopp – die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Der Host war super freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar, wenn man Fragen hatte. Auch das Wetter hat perfekt mitgespielt, sodass wir unsere Zeit in vollen Zügen genießen konnten. Absolute Empfehlung – wir kommen gerne wieder!
