Fantastic location and very clean and comfortable. Appartment was very quiet even though it was so close to town. The staff were easily contactable and when we had a problem with our fridge, they sorted it out promptly. The air con was good and really necessary in these temperatures! There is a mini carrefour within 3 mins walk, the cathedral and loads of restaurants just as close. Highly recommend La Bocana ( for drinks)and laristobottega ( for breakfast) just round the corner.
The check in process was protracted with management co requesting copy of bank card although everything had already been paid through booking.com. The main issue is that I didn’t want to send photo of back of my card as this would have revealed cvc number and potentially opens up potential for fraud. This was further complicated as we were travelling at the time. Eventually we sent card number and expiry date and all was ok. There must be a way round this for the benefit of future customers.
