Tennessee Penthouse

The location was great! There were lots of restaurants and we could walk to the Picasso Museum. The apartment was very clean and the beds very comfortable.

In spite of being told that the apartment was easy to find, it was not! Even the restaurant where I picked up the keys was hard to find as the sign was small and in on a round plaque above the awning. A picture of the restaurant would have helped. The air conditioning in the apartment could not keep up with the heat, but customer service sent over a person to check on it very quickly. Luckily there was one floor fan in a closet. The water in the second bath room was only warm, not hot. In two of the bedrooms the bedside lamps were small battery operated and not suitable for reading. When I asked a question about where to buy more coffee pods, the managements answer seemed to be from a Bot. I was told that there was a store "only a four minute walk" from the apartment. No name or street.

Perfect location, smart tv really helpful. Plenty of room, we enjoyed the outside area. Beds were comfortable.

We had a problem with hot water but this was promptly solved. Not enough sockets in kitchen and multi socket connection was broken, but was again quickly put right. Problem with Aircon, don’t believe it was working correctly, but we got by although it was hot weather..

A beautiful spacious apartment in the middle of the city. Easy access to all places and had everything we needed. Lift came straight into our top apartment with a key access which was great! Very busy night life but we couldn't hear the bustle of the people which was great. Football table, chess set, egg chair and seat loungers with a bar all included. Kitchen had all the equipment we needed. On check out day we needed a place to store luggage and the owners really helped us out. I would 100% come back to this apartment. Well worth it and my family loved staying here.

Safe didn't work but lady came out to try to fix it. We didint really need it, but I'm sure it will be fixed for the next family who stay there.
