La propreté du logement et sa facilité d'accès.
L'isolation phonique entre les appartements. On entend très bien les gens marcher dans l'appartement du dessus.

Bien situé, pas très loin du centre, quartier et immeuble très calme.
Très bonne literie!
Le studio était propre.
Il a fait très froid et le chauffage électrique ne pouvait pas réchauffer la pièce de vie.
Impossible de se cuire 1 pâte, le réchaud électrique ne chauffait pas assez fort!
Heureusement, il y avait 1 micro-ondes!

Je choisis ce logement à chaque fois que je viens dans ma région natale. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut. L'ambiance est agréable. Le logement est propre. L'hôte répond rapidement aux questions. Je suis toujours ravie d'y venir!
Le seul souci et qui ne dépend pas de l'hôte est la difficulté pour trouver une place pour se garer.
