Holiday Apartment Fourka

The location of the home is perfect. It's a few steps away from grocery stores, cafes and restaurants. The beach is a one minute walk down the street. The home has lots of kitchen amenities and very nice bedrooms with balconies. The host is very kind and always available for any questions. Thank you for a lovely stay :)

1. המארח היה נחמד מאוד והגיע בהתרעה קצרה מאוד של שעה ( נתקענו באזור בלי לינה ). הוא היה חביב ונחמד ושאל מספר פעמים במה אפשר לעזור. 2. בדירה היו מספר דברים נחמדים כמו ריבות, שמן זית, זיתים, קפסולות קפה וכו' 3. שלוש קומות שאפשרו לנו גם לעבוד בשקט כשרצינו. יש גינה קטנה בחוץ שהתינוקת אהבה מאוד 4. קרבה מאוד גדולה לחוף הים 5. בתוך הדירה היה די שקט בלילה שזה מעולה למי שסובל מבעיות שינה ורגישות לרעש 6. הדירה די משופצת ולמרות שיש עוד כמה דברים לשפץ היא היתה נעימה 7. סבונים, מגבות

אין דברים שממש לא אהבנו, יש כמה שיפוצונים שכדאי לסיים ויהיה טוב אם יהיו עוד כלים במטבח לאנשים כמונו שמבשלים הרבה בבית - סירים ומחבתות בגדלים שונים, כמה סכינים טובות אולי מקלחת יותר מרווחת יכלה להיות נחמדה

Evin konumu harika. Denize ve şehir merkezine bir kaç dakikalık mesafede. Evde ihtiyaç duyulan her şey vardı. Ev sahibi misafir konforunu artırmak için her şeyi düşünmüş. Çok teşekkür ederiz.

The location is quite good—close to the beach and shops, with a very good grocery store right nearby—and having a reserved parking spot is a big plus. The space is quite large, *but*—and this is a major "but"—it must be said right from the start that one bedroom is in the basement; if you don't keep the windows open, it smells of mold. An upstairs bedroom lacks air conditioning and has beds that made sleeping nearly impossible—the old mattresses and creaky frames meant the springs dug right into your ribs with every movement. The upstairs bathroom is tiny; there’s barely room to sit on the toilet, the shower lacks a holder, and the drain is sluggish. Hot water is practically non-existent; there is a very small water heater that didn't work most of the time. We ended up bathing outside using a garden hose—which was old and short—making it difficult to wash properly. Water from the upstairs AC unit dripped directly onto the dining terrace, so we had to place a bucket underneath to catch it and empty it into the garden. The garden shown in the photos is a ruin; the next-door neighbor was the one trimming the hedge for us. The light bulbs in both the bathroom and bedrooms were too dim; you could barely see a thing. The TVs had no channels, and one didn't even have a remote. We called to say we wanted to watch a match, and were told a technician would come to fix it... but no one ever showed up. The TVs are just for show. All the doors are a nightmare; you’d wake up at night whenever someone went to the bathroom. The garden door wouldn't close, meaning anyone could have walked in on us, day or night. We were two families but had only one set of keys, and even those were a struggle to use to open the doors. In conclusion, we paid quite a lot for a property with good potential that has been allowed to fall into such a state of disrepair. But if none of this "bother" you, then everything is PERFECT.
