This accommodation is good value for money. It is a small room which is ideal if you are spending the day out and only sleeping in it. The location is perfect as there is a COOP nearby, a cheap cafe or pizzeria and the train station is only 10 minutes away. The street is quite noisy but no more than any other street in Italy.

Communication with the owner was a bit difficult because he said we got some information from Booking but we didn't. The problem was that we needed to open the gate, then the first door and then the second door. The owner only gave us the code for the second door and didn't respond for an hour to explain how to get through the gate and the first door. The password for the wifi that we asked the owner for in addition didn't work and he didn't respond to our request to send the correct password throughout our stay. Instructions for you: 1. There is a buzzer in a box behind the gate that you have to press to open the gate. You have to reach over the gate to it and then pull the door. 2. You need a six digit code to open the first door (don't pull the door, it will open by itself). He should send you the code. 3. To open the second door you need another code to get to a key box. He should send you this code as well.

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare qui e la mia esperienza è stata eccellente.L'ambiente è impeccabile: pulito, ben organizzato e incredibilmente accogliente. La stanza offriva tutti i comfort, tra connessione Wi-Fi veloce,sistema di climatizzazione silenzioso e efficiente. ​Consiglio vivamente questo posto e spero di poter tornare presto!
