'Beachfront 9' Condo on Old Orchard Beach

The room was ready with a reserved parking stall at the correct time. I called the host to be sure I didn't need a parking permit for my dash. You don't. He answered on the first try and was exceptionally nice. Told me not to hesitate to call back with any other problems. We didn't have any, it was a great place to stay with amazing beach access.

We liked everything but if I had to pick one negative it's the tiny parking stalls. If you drive a large pickup you're going to have a hard time.

The property was clean. I was allowed to check in early for a small additional fee ,which I appreciated after a 4 hour drive. It was nice having a kitchenette to prepare breakfast and lunch. The housekeeper was friendly. The unit was located close to some food vendors and shops, which was good ,because once parked I was unable to move my vehicle.

The parking lot is too small for the amount of units in the building. Once I parked I was unable to move my vehicle. The description of parking says 1 space for mid size vehicles.There were larger trucks and vehicles in lot which restricted the ability to move other vehicles though parking lot. There was not a front office, like stated in description of unit. There is no on site manager,which makes it hard to have any problems resolved quickly. The unit only has sea view if you walk to the other side of parking lot. The view from unit is of the neighboring units vehicle. When the sofa is pulled out for sleeping you cannot enter or exit unit,because door is blocked.
