'Beachfront 15' Condo on Old Orchard Beach

Perfectly situated on beach, quiet, nice atmosphere.

Really no complaints, just the bed and mattress plastic cover.

The location is great, parked and didn’t drive again until we left. Easy walk to most everything. Beach was great, not too crowded and clean. Justin the property manager was very helpful and accommodating.

I didn’t like leaving !

This location was great as it was right in the beach and within walking distance to the pier, shops and restaurants.

We had 2 adults and 2 kids in the room. It’s a very small and clean space however I would not recommend having over two people to a room. The pull out couch blocked the door which not only is inconvenient but a fire hazard. The bed was comparable to sleeping on a concrete slab. The pillows were super thin. The pull out coach you felt every bar under you. There was no broom or vacuum and no office to request these items. Being on the beach the floor gets sandy which was uncomfortable to walk through and it inevitably got into the already uncomfortable bed being as you couldn’t sweep it up. We had an issue with parking. You’re designated a spot based on your room number. We left to go to dinner came back and a beach goer parked in our spot. The establishment was not at fault for this and they allowed us to park in another spot however it was an inconvenience. Since there is no office on site we had to get in touch with the manager and wait for hours to get our vehicle back where it was supposed to be. You’re offered WiFi however it’s so slow it just buffers. This wouldn’t have been an issue however being out of state we didn’t have service and relied on the wifi to check in back home.
