Todd Crag - Amazing Views

Excellent location, great views, convenient, comfortable, clean, very responsive hosts & adequately kitted out. Very convenient parking permit.

Can be quite noisy with a lively pub over the road. Guests with physical challenges should be mindful of the steep stairs up to the inside of apartment. Finding a parking in Ambleside can be tricky so offloading for a longer stay can be a challenge when the car park is further away.

Great location, comfortable, warm, plenty of space.

Apartment needs some investment. Toilet seat was cheap and kept slipping to one side. Windows in the bedroom were sash type windows and difficult to operate. Musty smell from one bedroom's wardrobe meant it was unusable for clothes. The owner relied on the previous occupant to wash any dishes, but there was no dishwasher. We found the cups, mugs and cutlery were dirty and the glasses greasy so we had to wash before use. If you rely on occupants to wash dishes then supply a dishwasher.

Very clean, comfortable property. Fantastic location right in the heart of Ambleside - close to the bus stop, pubs, restaurants, supermarket and the starting points for lots of great walks.

Back bedroom window broken/very stiff. Rather noisy in the front bedroom due to traffic as property on a busy road / pub opposite. Otherwise all great.

Location was perfect. Perfect size for 2 and equipped with everything needed.

Could do with a coat of paint - I’m sure it will have one soon as it’s the end of the season.
