Bed linen, pillow, and mattress were comfortable. Convenient with a fridge and microwave. Room space was decent. Outlets are convenient near the desk and bed. Window lighting was good.

Regular check-ups with the air conditioning as the filters had dust when I opened it. The freezer was not thawed or clean when I first checked-in. But overall, the experience was still pretty decent. I would still highly recommend this place to others.

Very good location, very clean, the staffs are super friendly

When we first came to the property, we attempted to use the shower. Our shower was not draining at all. The manager quickly fixed it.

Although they advertise it as having air conditioning, the remotes were not present in the rooms. I was told that we weren’t allowed to use it until May. The rooms were incredibly hot even in March. If you selected the option, pay at hotel, beware. The reception hours are only from 9-4 and they won’t help you pay remotely. They told me to process my cancellation when I asked them to pay through the app because it was inconvenient to return to the hotel (it was at least 1 hr away from everything). It is also located on a busy nightlife street. People were screaming and singing, and restaurants were blasting music from 9pm on. The beds are hard as a rock. This wasn’t an issue for me, but all my friends struggled to sleep. The refrigerator also makes a crazy noise like every 30 minutes. The location is too inconvenient to deal with this.
