Amazing house with a perfect pool overlooking the ocean and forests. Plenty of space with 3 BR/3BA for our family of 5. Easy 5 minute walk down into Samara town. House is well stocked with kitchen, beach, pool and kid supplies/toys. Eric and the property management team were super communicative and responsive from before booking all the way through our departure. Just the perfect house with an amazing location, amenities and views.
Literally nothing. The house has everything a family or group of adults would need.

The property stands up in a hill. It has beautiful view all around. The house had great open space with large windows. The natural light was perfect. The pool was the best specially during the hot and humid days. The house was fully stocked and clean. Our family would stay here again.
The master bed was not as comfortable as expected. It was a firm mattress for our comfort but overall ok.
The house does sit up on a hill so the driveway is steep our 4x4 did the job. Walking up the driveway can be a challenge for some but doable.
