About this apartment rental
This newly renovated panoramic ocean view condo is situated on the top two floors of the prestigious Veneto building located just a five minute walk from the beach and a seven minute walk into town. The building has both elevator and stairs to go up to the unit or down to the pool area.
Both the incredibly large main bedroom suite and the main living space boast floor-to-ceiling panoramic ocean views across Samara beach and beyond. Three additional bedrooms provide adequate space to accommodate large family gatherings, multiple families vacationing together, or 4 couples travelling together. A pull out couch in the living room allows for overflow to accommodate up to ten guests in all. Two bedrooms include en-suite bathrooms, with the other two bedrooms sharing a large bathroom right outside their door. An added guest bathroom is situated downstairs off the living room.
The condo has been newly furnished with beautiful sustainably sourced native hard-wood furniture, solid cedar closets, new bedding, a live-edge dining table that can seat up to 10, gourmet kitchen, and its own laundry room with brand new washer and dryer. Each bedroom is equipped with its own AC unit, with its own thermostat for setting a comfortable temperature. The main room has its own AC unit as well. There will be no fighting over what to watch in the evenings with 4 large flat panel Smart-TVs including a 65" in the living/dining area, a 65" in the main bedroom, and two more TVs in each of two other bedrooms. Fast internet spans the home with both wired connections and Wi-fi. Each bedroom is also equipped with a desk and wired ethernet connection for "working from home".
The complex provides a beautiful infinity pool that looks out over the ocean with plenty of outdoor space to sit and enjoy a drink by the pool under the palms as you overlook the Pacific Ocean. The building provides secured gated parking and 24-hour security on-site.

Bill's place is amazing. Of all the places to stay in Samara, this place felt perfect for our family of 7. It is easily walkable to the beach - I timed it at 4 minutes and 30 seconds. And several times on our walk to the beach, we saw and heard monkeys. The apartment has everything we could have wanted for a beach trip: beach chairs, separate towels for pool and beach, beach toys, pool floats, board games, umbrellas, etc etc. The host has really thought through what a traveling family needs for a beach vacation. The gated entrance with onsite attendant made us feel safe at all times (although Samara itself never felt anything remotely close to "unsafe") and it was nice to know someone was onsite if needed. The host, Bill, and the property management company were both exceptionally responsive and very helpful. We got held up in terrible Costa Rica traffic on our drive to Samara and the local property management company made it super-convenient to check-in after a long day of travel. While we had a rental car, a car would not be absolutely necessary here. You can still walk to many places in Samara from here, although it would probably be easier with a car to get to the more northern end of town. The A/C units worked well enough to make our stay comfortable and the view from the kitchen and the master BR are unmatched in Samara. The view from the pool was great too and we hardly ever had to share it with other residents. 10/10 we would stay here again.

It was a fantastic stay we had an amazing experience! Lots of space and super clean and well organized! Just what we needed! Great experience. Hosts are super friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend and would return again.

We enjoyed out stay in Samara - I would like to say that the AC units in the kitchen/family room, as well as, the master bedroom need to be bigger. These spaces never felt cool. The condo itself needs some updating and maybe some more attention to cleaning. There was a awful smell our entire stay. The property managers were very nice and efficient and the pool was a nice gathering space. We enjoyed meeting other residents.
