Brent was an amazing host, super communicative and had everything you could possibly need to stay stress free. The place was extremely clean and beds were super comfortable. We would 100% stay again if we travel back to st petes. Location was close enough to everything and groceries stores just minutes away. I felt safe and slept like a baby. We were 9 including a baby and we felt comfortable and had all the room We needed. Thanks Brent for being such a wonderful host!

It was a bit remodeled
No tvs in the rooms the one shower had a big dip in it the rooms with carpet was dirty and the beds were hard
