Moderne 3 ZWG mit Südbalkon in Seenähe

Die Kommunikation mit unserem Vermieter war optimal und seine Hinweise zu besonderen Gegebenheiten waren hilfreich. Die Einrichtung der Wohnung war modern und sehr gepflegt. Die Lage in Allmannsdorf zwischen Innenstadt und Uni war für unsere Bedürfnisse perfekt. Die Nähe zu Pennymarkt und Bushaltestelle war ein Plus.

Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und mit einigen Extras überrascht. Bei Fragen war der Vermieter sofort zu erreichen und Probleme wurden gelöst. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten mit der tollen Ausstattung wunderbar entspannen.

Eine Mikrowelle hätte unser Glück komplettiert 😉

Spacious apartment with excellent appliances and it is equipped with everything you need. We received a warm welcome with cake which was very lovely. The host was super helpful and even organised visitors passes for us so we could have the possibility of free bus trips. The bathroom is huge and the shower has perfect pressure. Bedrooms are also spacious and it was nice and quiet. All in all great value for money

It was a bit dusty on the floor and on other parts in the apartment, as we traveled with a 5 months old baby who was on the floor heaps we felt we had to vacuum first. The bed sheets were polyester and the inside of the pillow was quite flaky which I didn’t like personally.
