Location
Main room had no keys available at the time we arrived. We could not activate the hot water. Also no proper blankets. Spare blankets were old & dirty.

Our room was directly next to the beach, quiet and romantic stay. There is a cheap breakfast option and the pool is great. The personal has a lot of work (cleaning the pool, the property, making breakfast and all). There are Jeepneys and Trikes going to San Juan all the time, so its a nice cheap alternative to get away from the crowds.
The washroom and shower were really dirty, there were some old shampoo packages lying there for our whole stay (4days) so we guessed they never clean it. The men's sink was not working and the doors were not closing properly.

not so crowded
the staffs are accommodating but i think there were shortage of staffs. you cannot see them immediately if you need something.
