The location was perfect, right in the middle of Hartington! Huge comfy bed and very quiet.

It was very cold even with the heating on, though it was really cold outside! Not to do with the property but my main complaint was having to pay an extra fee for my second dog. My message told me I had to call the number given to add an extra dog. This I did but spent 20 minutes on the call , mainly on hold with annoying music whilst they tried to do this. I had been told the extra fee was £20, however the person taking my added fee informed me that it was actually £25! I feel that £50 for 3 nights is a little excessive, especially as we are very careful to keep paws clean etc! I would also suggest that the information given before/during booking makes this added fee clear and gives you the option to add your dog at the time of booking to save this inconvenience. All in all a stressful start to my holiday.
