Pogled na parlament i lokacija su odlični, stan je prostran, balkon odličan za pijuckanje pića uveče i ujutru za doručak i kafu. Za par je odlična opcija.
Nije radilo svetlo u kuhinji, plafonjerka je visila sa plafona. Mali lavabo u toaletu je zadržavao vodu, pod je bio prljav, a čaše neoprane stavljene u police kao čiste. Sundjer kod sudopere je bio prljav, nije bilo krpa, niti toaletnog pribora, jedino toalet papir. Uzimanje ključeva pri dolasku i ostavljanje pri odlasku su komplikovani, jer kutijica sa šifrom ne fukcioniše kako treba.

Generalnie super lokalizacja, piękny widok. Dobry punkt wypadowy na miasto i spacer. Dobry rozkład mieszkania.
Po przybyciu w nocy pod adres mieliśmy problem z otwarciem skrytki na klucz do apartamentu, co było stresujące a wynajmujący nie odebrał telefonu. Sam blok jest dość stary, położony przy skrzyżowaniu/głównym trakcie komunikacyjnym (słychać odgłosy ruchu ulicznego i komunikacji miejskiej, lecz umiarkowanie). Łazienka wymaga remontu/odświeżenia.
