El departamento tiene una ubicación excelente y todas las comodidades para una estadía. TV Smart, sillón, pava eléctrica, tostadora, cocina eléctrica con horno, microondas, heladera, vajilla completa, elementos para cocinar. Quizás la fachada del edificio se ve muy antigua y descuidada, pero al ingresar al departamento todo está nuevo, se nota que es a estrenar. Baño con ducha, el agua sale súper caliente y calienta rápido. Las toallas impecables, amenities de shampoo, acondicionador, gel de ducha y jaboncitos. Las sábanas súper limpias, y la cama muy cómoda. Te reciben en un departamento pero como si fuera un hotel, 100% recomendable.
Lo único que debería destacar es que el pago es únicamente en efectivo y no está explícitamente aclarado en la publicación. Igualmente Pablo nos ayudó consiguiendo el cambio y terminamos abonando al final de la estadía.

Pablo un excelente anfitrión, preocupado y comprometido todo el tiempo. Nos entregó las llaves personalmente. El depa acogedor, limpio, con todo lo necesario y una ubicación insuperable.

Pablo un gran anfitrión !! Atento a todas las dudas y consultas !!El Dpto muy limpio ...tenía todo lo necesario !! Cerca del metro ..del costanera ...del MUT y lo mejor es muy silencioso para estar en AVDA Providencia ....Gracias Pablo por tu lindo Departamento !!!

Tiene una excelente ubicación, un lugar cómodo, buena limpieza, el anfitrión es excelente te ayuda y preocupado siempre tiene todo lo necesario para poder disfrutar del alojamiento 10/10
