Villa del Gargano

We stayed at Villa del Gargano as two families, a total of 9 adults aged 18 and over, and we had a truly wonderful experience. The villa is very spacious, exceptionally clean, and very well maintained. There is also a maintenance person on site, which makes everything feel well cared for throughout the stay. One of the highlights is definitely the outdoor area. The swimming pool is very large, with a huge garden and plenty of space to relax and spend time together. The villa has two kitchens, including a very well equipped outdoor kitchen by the pool. We found the pool area to be the perfect place for most of our meals and family time. The kitchens have everything you need for a large group, with plenty of clean cookware, dishes, and equipment. Inside the house, the living room is large and comfortable, with games that are great for spending time together as a family. But what really made our stay special was the hospitality. Every request we had was answered, and from the moment we arrived, we genuinely felt very welcome. There was a real sense that the hosts were happy to have us and wanted us to enjoy our stay. For two families traveling together, the villa gave us exactly what we were looking for: lots of space, privacy, a fantastic pool area, excellent facilities, and warm hospitality. We had a fantastic stay and would happily come back. Highly recommended!

The location of the villa can be a little challenging if you are planning to explore different parts of Puglia. Driving to some of the region’s well known destinations, such as Bari, can take anywhere from around 40 minutes to just over two hours, depending on where you are going. However, this is something to consider when planning your trip and balancing the excellent value of the villa against the driving distances to the main attractions in Puglia. There are two towns close to the villa that provide very good options for shopping, restaurants, evening activities, and shorter local outings, so you do not need to drive long distances every day.
