Lokascija gera, yra kur pasistatyti mašiną. Šalia bažnyčia. Iki Padre Pio bažnyčios 15 min ėjimo, iki senamiesčio 15-20 min ėjimo. Artimiausia pavalgymo vieta už 5 min ėjimo, bet daugiausia pasirinkimo yra senamiesty.. pirmas aukštas - patogu susinešti lagaminus iš mašinos. Labai gera dvigulė lova. Yra virtuvė su indais, įrankiais. Yra skalbyklė
Trūksta jaukumo, atvažiavę nežinojom kur įsijungia šildymas tai visą parą šalome. Virtuvės lemputės labai silpnos, vakare įsijungis vistiek būni prieblandoje. Nežinau gal ten būta rūkymo ar kažko, nes yra nežymus bemalonus kvapas. Rankšluoščiai labai kieti :)
