Appartamento molto bello fornito di tutto: lavatrice, lavastoviglie, forno, microonde, macchina del caffè, condizionatore. Disponibile comodo posteggio auto. L'appartamento è vicino al mare, molto vicino ai bagni per la spiaggia libera ci vuole una decina di minuti a piedi.

L’appartamento è in una posizione strategica. A pochi minuti dal mare e comoda per andare nel centro storico. Gli spazi interni sono ideali per una vacanza, pulito e la proprietà molto disponibile. Per me e mia moglie ottima location. C’è tutto, lavatrice, lavastoviglie e accessori nuovi (fondamentale per noi) per farsi da mangiare.

The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and newly renovated. The location is excellent, being very close to the main street and the paid beaches. Rimini itself is a beautiful destination with fantastic food.
Critical management failure: There is no labeling on the doorbells, meaning guests constantly ring the wrong apartment. During my stay, guests on the ground floor were ringing my doorbell non-stop. Unprofessional response: Management completely ignored my requests for help and refused to apologize. They failed to address a simple structural issue, which made the stay a disaster. Poor design: The balcony is only accessible through the bathroom, and the single air conditioning unit is inadequate.
