The accommodation is clean, comfortable, very spacious—an entire floor of a villa—and is located in a safe neighborhood. It’s quiet, yet just a 5-minute walk from the beach and a large grocery store, and there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby; the train station is also within walking distance. Every room has air conditioning, and the kitchen is fully equipped. Communication with the host is quick and easy.
The apartment could use a little TLC; for example, the kitchen door was stuck, but luckily we were able to fix the handle from the inside. In the smaller bathroom, hardly any water comes out of the faucet, but water is leaking from the toilet tank. The battery was missing from one of the air conditioner remotes, just as it was from the wall clock in the kitchen. These are minor details, but they would improve the overall impression of the apartment. And it would be nice if they didn't skimp so much on toilet paper.
