Askha Home Apartment

It's a very nice new 7th floor apartment with a pleasant view. Good TV, good Wi-Fi, good beds, good bathrooms, adequate kitchen facilities.

We absolutely needed to buy a SIM card at the airport, but had not done so. So we did not have an internet connection or any way of learning how to get into the apartment. This was information I absolutely needed to receive 3 to 7 days before I arrived and did not. I believe it was sent to me an hour after my plane was scheduled to arrive. I spent two hours with a new security guard trying to get the necessary details through a series of phone calls with whoever was running the show, and English was not an option. Extremely frustrating. Absolutely unnecessary. However, once we got the unit number and the entry code and the Wi-Fi password, and found out how to get into the building after the security guard leaves at 7:00 p.m., everything was okay. The apartment is not set up with the amenities that would be there if the owner lived there, things like sharp knives, cooking oil, condiments, coffee. On the other hand, it was extremely clean. I would stay there again, but make sure you get crystalline clarity on how to get into the apartment and the Wi-Fi password and the after hours keypad technique.

The place was very cute. Easy to find on uber and Google Maps as well. It was very close to the apartment. Check- in instructions were very clear and to whoever I was communicating with through in WhatsApp, they were very responsive and kind. It’s a little bit away from the plaza but only about a 30 minute walk and quick cheap uber ride. The place is a bit tight, but is comfy. The washing machine came in very clutch to do our laundry. There was salt in the kitchen and the beds were really comfy. We enjoyed our time here! Walls were a bit thin so you can hear your neighbors but nothing some was plugs won’t fix.

Apartment was very nice and comfortable. Near the airport for our early flight.

Lack of communication with the staff. We arrived at property and made multiple phone calls to owner with no answer. We were left sitting outside on sidewalk at front door of property for 1/2 hour in the cold until a resident of the apartment building was able to help us contact the owner to let us into the unit. Other than that, everything was great.
