The house was beautiful, very clean with everything you needed.

Could have better pots and pans as they are a bit battered. Plus give the washing machine a clean cycle.

Was located near to where we needed to be

The bathroom had no lock- this caused inconvenience for our stay as we was sharing with other family members. Also, upon arrival the cleaner was in the property so we had to wait outside for some time. When vacating we were hounded by the cleaner. Sent messages to the host regarding running a little late checking out and they were not accommodating at all even after explaining we weren’t able to check in at the allocated time.

The property is spacious. The property is tastefully decorated. The property is near local amenities.

The boarding pass that you have to create with a third party to be able to access the property is ridiculous. It requires a live picture of you, which can only be uploaded on a tablet or laptop, before it will give you any information about booking in. Booking.com has already verified you and has your credit card details, so this is excessive. Booking.com says check- in at 3pm, the third party says 4 pm. You have to communicate through a third-party boarding pass, but they ignore you. I explained that the dishwasher flooded the floor, the shower was blocked, and cleaning was an issue. There was no response. This place could be amazing, but it needs some TLC; the shower is blocked, the dishwasher flooded the kitchen floor, the floor was sticky, the blankets were smelly, and there were coffee stains down the doors and in the cupboards. The mould reported by other guests is still there. The heating was not turned on, so it was freezing when we arrived, and I agree that parking is a problem. It is a shame, as this property could be wonderful.
