Good location Short walk to Lapad Prom, Beaches and short bus/uber to Oldtown. Apartment as new and well equipped Host Kristina very helpful, easy check in and gave local recommendations for restaurants/activities Check out restaurants on Lapad Cliff walk

There is currently building activity going on in the immediate vicinity. They started at 8am and were done by 5pm. We were out most of the day so didn’t have too much impact.

Location was perfect, 5 min away from the bus stop that takes you to Old Town. Apartment seemed to have been updated recently, very modern and functional, very clean and organized. Washing machine was a plus to us.

Unfortunately the apartment had a strong cigarette smell. Not sure if it comes from the bathroom vent that is connected to other apartments or previous guests smoking in the apartment.

Das Apartment war modern eingerichtet, sauber und hatte alles was man braucht. Das Bett war bequem, die Küche war gut ausgestattet, uns hat nichts gefehlt. Die Gastgeberin Kristina haben wir zwar nicht persönlich eingetroffen, sie war aber stets per WhatsApp erreichbar und hat uns ein paar gute Empfehlungen gegeben. Die Lage war ok, gut mit den Bussen 6 und 7 erreichbar. Die Haltestelle ist oberhalb der Straße (Ulica Dulcica) und man müsste von dort durch 2 Tore (privater Eingang) runter gehen um zum Haus zu gelangen. Bis in die Altstadt sind es ca 15 Minuten und in der Nähe gibt es Vis Beach, in dem man günstig Liegen mieten kann sowie ein Supermarkt.

Die Umgebung war nicht so schön, gegenüber befindet sich eine Baustelle ( Stand Juni 2025), aber wir waren eher den ganzen Tag unterwegs, daher hat es uns nichts ausgemacht.
