Comfortable bed, spacious room, easy access
Small TV, no comfortable chairs. Thermostat was iffy making room too warm.

I had a great stay at the Town Centre Hotel. The central location is perfect for walking to local shops, restaurants, and the waterfront. I was impressed by the clean, recently renovated rooms and appreciated the in-room fridge and microwave. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making the experience even better. It is a fantastic, high-value choice right in the heart of town!
While I enjoyed the hotel's location and friendly staff, there were a couple of minor issues during my stay. The WiFi was a bit slow, which made it difficult to work online effectively. Additionally, we were disappointed that the advertised continental breakfast was not available, with only basic bread and butter offered instead. I hope these areas can be improved for future guests.

The location was convenient.
The bed and bedding were comfortable.
The room was spacious and there was plenty of space to store and lay out items.
The shower was good.
The breakfast was unattractively set out, e.g. large sticky jar of preserve, not individual portions; limited cereals; no fresh fruit.
If the room had been carpeted instead of laminate flooring, it would have been more attractive and cosy.
Being British, we would have liked a kettle!
We would have appreciated a couple of comfortable chairs - there was enough space in the room
