the layout was wonderful, the decor nice and location ideal for access to what we wanted on our visit

There were some things in the house in need of repair such as the vinyl blinds in two of the windows that were damaged and detracted from the living room a bit. But the "master" bathroom had a few issues with the toilet. I pointed out to the host right away that the toilet was broken...the seat was all but falling off so you slid sideways whenever you sat down but also the handle to flush was broken so badly that you had to hold it on each time just to get it to flush. Not at all ideal. I reported both to the host and he replied that the manager would be by to look at it and/or fix it but the manager never came.

The location was perfect for our needs. The grocery was nearby

House was clean, plenty of room, amazing shower.

Could use following upgrades: *Needs grill on patio *Needs better coffee machine—with Keurig or Nespresso *Need to stock more towels *Need to provide cleaning supplies and dustpan * Needs vacuum or floor cleaner *Need to replace cheap window blinds with better quality
