The place was very nice and clean. Quiet neighborhood with private parking spot. Huge plus there is a washer and dryer in the unit. It was close to public transportation and shopping stores nearby. If you are visiting Tampa I would highly recommend this place.

Cleanliness! I would call it exceptionally clean from I have seen in my travels. This is an older home that has been nicely redone inside and out, with a gated fence around the property, which makes it feel secure. I love putting the car in the carport. I would stay there again. It is a good value.
The only let down was the rug in the bathroom looked less than clean, so I just put it off to the side. This house is one of only a few that appear to have been renovated recently in the neighborhood, so the neighborhood felt a little sketchy to me, as a suburbanite. The neighbors and fast cars were a little loud through the evening until about 9:30 PM, then it was quiet. The property has dust to Dawn lighting around its perimeter, which with the gated fence, felt secure enough. That being said, I would stay there again.
