Modern studio with ocean views and heated pool in Malibu Park

La vue depuis le balcon était superbe, nous avons pu voir de beaux coucher de soleil. La taille de l'hébergement était parfaite pour 2 personnes. Si vous disposez d'une voiture l'emplacement est idéal. La piscine etait très agréable et peu fréquentée en novembre.

Les oreillers étaient très mauvais Il n'y avait absolument aucun produit de base ou d'hygiène à disposition dans la salle de bain ou la cuisine....... Emplacement un peu loin à pied du centre ou de la plage

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in diesem Apartment- der Meerblick ist einfach atemberaubend, besonders nachts. Das Hotel verfügt über einen beheizten Pool und einen Kinderspielplatz, was für unsere Kinder sehr wichtig war. Der Strand von Fanabe ist nur etwas 5 Min. Mit dem Auto entfernt und direkt von der Anlage gibt es einen kostenlosen Gemeinschaftsparkplatz. Vielen Dank, Victor, für die tolle Betreuung! Wir werden Malibu Park nächstes Jahr auf jeden Fall wieder mit dir besuchen!

I really liked the Malibu Park residence overall. Its position on the first hills of Costa Adeje is excellent—central enough to reach on foot, even on the way back uphill. The cleanliness was good, and the two heated pools were a great plus, allowing us to use them even in November. We also appreciated the commercial activities right below the residence, especially the Italian pizzeria, ideal for a quick meal, a good pizza, or breakfast with a variety of pastries, as well as the well-stocked supermarket. The complex itself is well managed; however, the reception tends to get crowded, as there is only one staff member handling check-in and check-out, which can lead to queues and longer waiting times.

The management of this specific offer on Booking. The rules set by the host (DOMTENERIFE.ES, managed by Victor) they made the whole experience unnecessarily complicated. First, the €300 damage deposit (in my case €200) is listed in the “house rules” on Booking, but it’s easy to miss, as it is not included in the total amount paid through the platform. Instead, through a separate “pre check-in” procedure. This involves: - entering credit card details for the deposit (charged before arrival), - providing contact information already given to Booking (which in my case didn’t save properly), - signing a rental agreement, - sending copies of IDs or passports via WhatsApp/email. I initially objected for privacy/security reasons, especially since the original documents are later shown at the residence’s reception anyway for proper registration. The deposit was processed via Stripe which, despite having sufficient funds available, kept a €7 processing fee when the deposit was returned. By the way, Malibu Park said the don't ask any deposit at all! Communication with the host was also confusing and excessive. At first, messages came from another person (Artur Golban), who agreed not to request digital copies of IDs, but then Victor asked for them again. We also received unnecessary or poorly timed messages, such as offers to extend our stay even though our travel dates were fixed, and—surprisingly—the day before check-out, a message asking us to “wash the dishes and take out the trash” and to take photos/videos of the apartment, despite the €80 cleaning fee already paid through Booking. Overall, it was far more bureaucracy and messaging than anyone wants during a holiday meant for relaxation. The apartment itself is fine, but considering the price and the strict rules, the value drops significantly—especially given the minimal amenities provided.
