Villa Alex Costa Adeje

The villa was perfect, it had everything you could need, lovely quiet residential area. Priory was spotless and I have never come across a more helpful or better Host than Pavlína, she went over and beyond to accommodate us and to ensure we had a fantastic stay. Villa is modern with lovely kitchen area and open plan area. Lovely outdoor eating space that we used every day.

Nothing we loved everything. For us this was no problem but there are some steps to the property that might not suit every one but this us noted in the Description and we had no problem with it

The lady Pavlina who manages the villa couldn't do more for us age was really helpful and definitely made the stay better. The villa is lovely and comfortable. The beds were comfy. We had a lovely view of the coast from the balcony. The showers were good. (I rubber mop for the bathroom would be handy as water tends to go everywhere. The villa is close to bars restaurants and supermarket. It is however up a steep hill so only suitable for people with a certain level of fitness. We walked to Siam park and mall about 25 mins. it's 2 mins to aqua land. The pool setting is lovely but be aware if you go in winter it still may not be warm enough to go in. The host did everything she could to get the temp up. Taxis are very easy to get and cheap. We tended to ask to be dropped at Costa adeje gardens hotel. Walk up the hill to the junction turn left and follow path to the top of the steps into the apartment. If I was to go back to Costa adeje I would stay again.

I would say even though it's advertised for 8 people it's really only for 6. There's only 6 of all the pots, chairs etc. Also in winter it's not as easy to get things dry so a second set of towels would be nice. The location is really not suitable for anyone who isn't mobile. It's up a steep hill you can't park outside so you have to carry all shopping water up or down the hill. A sliding door off the living room to separate off the bedroom corridor would be good as noise travels so it's hard to keep quiet if others are sleeping. The same for the sofa bed area if that could be sectioned off it would be better I know there were plans to do so. There were no kitchen scissors which would have been nice and a sangria jug would also have been welcomed.

We had an amazing stay at Villa Alexa! The heated pool was wonderful, and the view of the ocean is absolutely beautiful. The location is great — shops are very close, and there are padel and tennis courts just around the corner. There are also plenty of lovely local restaurants nearby. It’s about a 15-minute walk to the beach, and Siam Park is just a short drive away. The house is fully equipped with everything you need to cook meals and to do laundry, which made our stay even more comfortable. A big thank you to Pavlina — she was amazing. She showed us everything we needed and even left washing tablets for the laundry.

One thing to keep in mind: there are stairs leading up to the house. It’s not a long climb, but just enough to make you think about what to take with you and what to leave in the car. In our case, we left the baby pram in the car and only carried what we needed.
