Vacaciones en familia!
Muy bonito y moderno. Bien equipado. La propietaria muy atenta y pendiente de lo que necesitábamos. El apartamento estaba limpio y esta reformado y es muy funcional. No funcionaba el lavavajillas pero ya nos había avisado. La ubicación y vistas preciosas. Parecía complicado aparcar, pero hemos encontrado sitio en la puerta, porque la mayoría aparca para ir a la playa o de cenar y cuando se van se quedan sitios libres.
Ya lo sabía, no tiene aire acondicionado, pero si dos ventiladores y abriendo las ventanas se está bien.

Emplacement proche de la plage Cros des Pins et du centre de Saint Jean. Vue sur la mer depuis l'appartement.
Plusieurs équipements cassés ou ne marchant pas à notre arrivée et jusqu'à la fin du séjour : cuvette des toilettes, lave vaisselle, plaques chauffantes, étendage. Seule une plaque chauffante d'appoint nous a été fournie après plusieurs jours. Le fait de ne pas avoitmr fait réparé les toilettes pendant notre séjour est inexcusable. Par ailleurs, les lits n'étaient pas préparés et le nombre de serviettes fournies insuffusantes et trop petites. La personne de contact responsable de l'appartement, malgré ses excuses, n'a pas été á la hauteur en ne prenant pas les actions nécessaires pour faire réparer les équipements defectueux pendant notre séjour. Enfin, nous avons trouvé des mégots de cigarette dans une plante à l'extérieur dt une bouteille de vin à moitié vide dans un placard. En clair, l'appartement n'était pas prêt pour recevoir des locataires.

I wouldn't stay here again
The location is close to the beach and town. View of the sea from the apartment. Host seems kind and communicates.
The apartment was not very clean when we arrived. I used my own time sweeping and mopping the whole apartment and balcony. The balcony had cigarette butts and hash cigarettes in the planters. Kitchen is not well stocked at all. Only one small sharp knife - there was no bread knife, for example. The stove did not work at all. The dishwasher stopped working after 1 or 2 uses. The mattresses are very uncomfortable and the sheets are old and rough. There is no A/C, and there is ONLY one old fan for the whole apartment, which is not sufficient to cool it down, so it is HOT, especially if there is no breeze. The apartment is also next to the only road out of the town of Saint Jean Cap Ferrat, so there is constant traffic noise almost 24/7, and since there is no A/C the windows have to be opened, you will be disturbed by noise all day and night.
