We stayed here for 2 weeks in September, the Villa was beautiful it had everything we needed and the location was perfect, close to all amenities and the lovely harbour and beaches of St Jean. Heike was a pleasure to deal with when booking and answering any questions we had, highly recommended.

The Villa Cactus is the ideal place to base oneself in St Jean. 3 minutes on foot from boulangerie and the port, the Villa is bright, comfortable, well maintained and with good clima. Highly recommended.

We just returned from a wonderful two week stay at this lovely property. Great location with easy access to center of the village. Furnishings are comfy modern. Great deck to enjoy the outdoors. We are already booked for 2019 and 2020, and looking forward to future visits. Highly recommended!

We loved the Villa Cactus! It is a very cleverly renovated house with the most beautiful garden and terraces. We really appreciated the proximity to the village but also the peace and quiet of being set back from the road. The house is very well equipped with excellent (and silent!) air conditioning. The warm welcome and check out with Eric were super and it was great to receive a welcome pack of a few essentials. All in all we had a super holiday in magnificent St Jean and hope to return to this delightful haven of tranquillity before too long!

Villa Le Cactus is well located within easy walking distance of the port and all it has to offer. The apartment is nicely furnished, new appliances, clean and comfortable. When the sun finally came out, we also enjoyed eating and lounging on the 2 terraces. We would happily stay there again.

The house was good and had everything we needed for our two weeks holiday in the perfect location of St Jean Cap Ferrat. The owner, Heike and manager, Eric were both very accommodating and always answered any questions quickly. JA

Well situated and well laid out townhouse......immaculate & very practical, well thought out.....brava to the owners and their very helpful (but non-invasive) manager (Eric)! We had a super holiday!

We were happy to stay for a week in this great villa. It is centrally and conveniently located close to all the shops, restaurants, port and beaches yet it feels so quiet and so far away from all the noise. This traditional villa was recently beautifully renovated and is very well equipped. Two very large well appointed terraces with great landscaping provide ample space for the outdoor entertainment with great views of the water and coastal mountains. The place is located close to the bus which can take you to the Nice or to the nearby train station in Beaulie-sur-Mer nearby providing easy access to Monaco, Antibes, Cannes and countless other places on Cote-d'Azur. The property manager Eric provides great service. He helped us by arranging transportation for us and greeted us at the villa and was very prompt at answering all our questions and needs during our stay. The check out process was also very easy and efficient. The owner of the property was very kind to promptly answer all our question during the booking process and is a pleasure to work with.

Villa Cactus is a very nice house, modern and well maintained, and in a location that could not be any better. My wife and I stayed for 28 days and had a great time -- lots to do and see with food markets, restaurants, bakeries all within as easy walk. The house is close to all of the Cap- Ferrat beaches and bus stops, as well as the train stops in Ville Franche and Beallieu-sur-Mer. Easy travels to Nice, Monaco, and many other Cote d'Azur locations. We are looking forward to next year.

The villa is situated on the beautiful peninsula of Cap Ferrat a short walk from the centre of the small town. Worth a visit is the Paloma Beach where you can hire a sun bed and parasol. Also there is a restaurant on the beach where you can enjoy a tasty meal. Food is easily purchased. There is a wonderful butcher with very good meat and chicken. Great choice of quality fruit. We ate a few times in the local restaurants, La Cabane De L'Ecailler being particularly good. This year there was a daily market where there was a lady selling fish and shellfish which was delicious. A perfect location. VR

We loved Cap Ferrat. Although we have visited the South of France on many occasions, we have never been to Cap Ferrat before. It's a delightful area, quiet, peaceful and is very much a residential area. You are close to Villefranche, Eze, Monaco and many other lovely towns to visit. We found food shopping easy and had some delicious meals. We also visited a few of the restaurants by the port. Cannot wait to return! All in all a lovely spot to visit.

We just spent a week at villa Cactus in the village of Saint Jean Cap Ferrat and could not recommend it more. The villa is nestled off the beaten path and only 5 min away from the village center where you can find shops, a bakery, a supermarket, café/restaurants a newsstand etc.. Parking is super easy and there is even free parking on the street if you're lucky. Now you may not even need a car as a city bus stops every 15 min and can take you to Nice or any neighboring towns (incl Monaco, Villefranche, Beaulieu and Eze). The area is ideal for bikers as well. While the neighbors are close, natural privacy is ensured thanks to clever landscaping and ideally positioned trees offering natural shade. The views of Saint Jean's bay and the port are absolutely stunning and there are 2 large terraces to enjoy them (lounging chairs and outdoor furniture are avail on both levels). The villa is newly renovated, perfectly clean and ideally equipped. Downstairs: State of the art kitchen (incl. washing machine & dishwasher), working Wifi, TV, Stereo. Brand new sofa. A toilet. The modular windows fully open to the terrace making it a natural extension of the living room. Upstairs: 2 separate bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower (no bathtub) and another toilet. Now, most importantly, the villa is literally 10 min away from the magnificent Paloma beach and Plage des fosses. You can walk around the cape and lounge in one of the creek if you prefer. Plage de passable and Villa Ephrussi de Rothschild are a 20 min walk away. None of the beaches are crowded. We were welcomed by Eric who showed us around and even had a welcome basket and a local guide for us. Heike, the owner, could not be more responsive and a pleasure to deal with. If you are looking for a relaxing vacation and enjoy the best side of the French Riviera, we could not recommend more this villa Enjoy!

Wir haben als Familie (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) eine Woche in den Osterferien in der Villa LeCactus verbracht. Vorweg: Es war ein toller Urlaub. Die Lage am Hang mit der tollen Ausblick über das Cap und das Meer ist das Highlight. Der wunderschöne Ort mit Hafen sowie Bäcker, Metzger, Supermarkt und Restaurants alles fußläufig erreichbar. Aber auch die Wohnung selbst lädt zum Entspannen ein. Alles tipp topp sauber und die Küche gut eingerichtet. Grill auf der Terrasse und ein herrliches Abendessen ist schnell zubereitet. Besten Dank, Heike für den allzeit freundlichen Kontakt. Wir kommen wieder!

Wir haben 1 Woche zu fünft mit drei Kindern in der Villa LeCactus verbracht. Obwohl das Haus relativ klein ist, haben wir dank der Einteilung keine Platzprobleme gehabt. Vorteilhaft hierfür sind insbesondere auch die beiden großzügigen Terrassen im EG und OG, die die Wohnfläche nach draußen verdoppeln. Zustand und Sauberkeit sind sehr gut, die Einrichtung lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig! In nur 5 Minuten ist man fußläufig am Hafen von Cap Ferrat oder an der Plage des Fosses. Bis zum Paloma Beach sind es zu Fuß keine 10 Minuten. Bestens lieft die Organisation und Information über unsere Vermieter ebenso wie die Übergabe durch die ortsansässige Agentur.

Deuxième séjour dans cette maison bien située, bien équipée et à quelques minutes à pied des plages. Le jardin avec sa vue mer est très agréable.

Nichée sur les hauteurs du Cap Ferrat, la maison offre une appréciable vue sur la mer. La maison est très bien pensée, fonctionnelle et super équipée. On s’y sent bien et au calme tout en étant proche du village. Inconstatable un coup de cœur.

Das Ferienhaus präsentierte sich wie von den Fotos erwartet, stilvoll und modern eingerichtet, großes bequemes Bett (mit 180 cm Breite), eine sehr leise Klimaanlage ist hervorzuheben. Die Lage ist perfekt am Hang, sehr ruhig und doch nahe an Hafen, Geschäften und Bushaltestelle. Die Aussicht auf das Wasser ist sehr schön wie die Bilder zeigen. Ein Auto ist wirklich nicht nötig, mit dem Bus oder Zug kommt man schnell und preiswert überall in die nähere Umgebung direkt oder mit Umsteigen in Beaulieu. Die lokale Betreuung durch Cyril war freundlich und effizient.

Deze villa is modern en stijlvol ingericht. Wij voelden ons er thuis. Cap Ferrat is een uniek schiereiland, relatief rustig, met de mogelijkheid om naar het strand te gaan, een aantal wandelingen te maken en in de omgeving verschillende villa’s, musea en steden te bezoeken. Goed openbaar vervoer zorgt er voor dat je de auto niet nodig hebt. De communicatie met de eigenaresse verliep erg prettig.

Maison très agréable, bien placée. L'accueil par Eric est sérieux, précis et sympathique. Nous y reviendrons !

We definitely had a wonderful stay in this gorgeous villa so well equipped and finely decorated. The view from the terrace is outstanding , an invitation to serenity, and the location is perfect : the villa is within walking distance to the beach and village, and close enough to many touristic sites. The check in and check out are very well organized. To recommend.

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine en famille (2 adultes, 2 enfants) dans cette petite maison où chaque détail est soigné. L'électroménager est de grande qualité par exemple. Cela se voit que les propriétaires sont allemands! :) très pratique d'avoir une machine à laver avec séchoir intégré en octobre. Accueil parfait de julien sur place. Très agréable de ne pas tout avoir à acheter sur place (pq, torchons, éponges, sucre, sel, poivre, café, thé déja là par exemple). Situation idéale à 5 min des commerces et de la boulangerie pour du pain frais tous les matins. Cette petite maison est à recommander pour des vacances en famille dans la très chic station balnéaire de st jean cap ferrat. Merci beaucoup!
