About this villa rental
Splendid seaviews towards the bay of Monaco. Tranquility in a green haven far from noise and traffic. A five minutes stroll to the picturesque harbour, the most beautiful beaches of the Côte d'Azur, outstanding restaurants and shops. A large terraced garden (180 sqm) on two levels. Best design: A historic villa - newly and luxuriously renovated in 2016. Well appointed with premium furniture from leading manufacturers.

A large teak dining-table and a lounge-area furnished with sofas by Philippe Starck. Well equipped luxury kitchen. Two bedrooms, a bathroom with a rainforest shower, two separate toilets. You will sleep in a Super King Size bed (180 cm, 5'11'') with a view on the bay at Pointe Sainte-Hospice. A second bedroom offers space for two adults or for up to four children, who may chose between two single beds or a Queen bed (160 cm, 5'3'') on the gallery. A dream domicile for a great familiy holiday - 55 sqm with lots of charme and great attention to detail.

Nice and Monaco are less than half an hour by car, bus or train. This villa was the perfect base for our exploration of the Cote d'Azur. It was so nice to have our own "home" in a real neighborhood in the village. It is comfortable and well equipped. There were 23 steps to be negotiated up the the villa but the passage added to the charm. A lovely garden terrace provided a limited but adequate view of the sea and port. It was a 8 minute stroll down to Saint Jean town, where 15 restaurants, numerous shops, and a grocery store could be found. The charm of Saint Jean Cap Ferrat captivated us and we spend much more time exploring the peninsula than we thought we would, which slowed us down and made the week that much more enjoyable. We gladly recommend staying at Villa Le Cactus.

Beautiful, new vacation home in a great central and very quiet location.Fully equipped with high-quality furnishings.Very nice terraces with dining and seating areas and a view of the sea.Easy check-in and check-out. Nice landlord with comprehensive information about the house and the surrounding area.

Property suited our needs, beds were comfy and generally had everything we needed. Would stay again although should feedback that the garden needed trimming back and tidying, upstairs there were weeds all around the area where table and chairs were so couldn’t really use it. We also had to wash up quite a few bits in the kitchen as they were unclean. That being said we loved staying there

Villa Cactus is a beautiful property in a fantastic location. My husband and I stayed for two weeks in July of 2022 and we loved it. The villa is freshly designed and sparkling clean with all the amenities one could need. The temperatures outside were very high at the time of our visit but the air conditioning throughout the villa kept us comfortable. The owner and her property management team were extremely communicative and helpful. As other reviewers have mentioned there are stairs to get up to the villa but this is in keeping with the hilly nature of Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat. We look forward to returning soon!
