This is a 3 bedroom apartment in a prime location of south Calcutta. It is everything that it is primed up to be - well appointed apartment, key amenities in place (ranging from utensils in kitchen to and working washing machine), great location with easy access to various places of interest, great host, helpful caretaker. You can go DIY or order in / pick up food etc. from the myriad places that are within walking distance / listed on delivery sites. Each of the two bedrooms kitted out with beds can accommodate 2 adults + 1 (small) child. We stored all the luggage in the 3rd one bedroom, so the living + dining area became our uncluttered work + hangout space.

If you want a place that is quiet at all times, you may find the ambient sounds, especially during the morning hours, a bit bothersome. We were not bothered by it - in fact we felt it made the experience more immersive and real.

I have booked this property for staying with my family, I have booked for 4 nights staying here! As the name of the apartment is cozy apartment it will give you that cozy feelings with warm hospitality from the owner.Its a 3bhk apartment with a spacious living area! All the essesntial electrical equipments(washing machine, fridge,microwoven)are present here they are new,functionable and easily assescible. Actually we got all the brand new cutlery and equipments! Kitchen is modular kitchen and have enough space ,we have used induction oven during our stays,other facilities are there too! Apartment is clean and all the hygienic products has provided adequately by Mr.Suranjan Kayal.. Whenever there was needed he gave early response and has taken care of it! It's in the prime location south city mall is in walkable distance, local transports are available ,main road is within 4min walking distance! Hopistal clinic and market area is also there. It may be the new property in booking.com but it's trusty, fair hygienic and worthy at this price

Very clean, very spacious apartment with a fully functional kitchen. Fantastic location and very helpful staff. One of the best serviced apartments I ever stayed. Definitely will be back again.
