The property is a lot bigger than the photos appear - a fantastic big living room and comfy sofa, plus dining and kitchen. Big bedrooms with ensuite too.

The villa is located at the end of a narrow alley, where a lot of local Balinese live and have big dogs as pets. The dogs would aggressively bark as you walk past. One time the most aggressive dog actually came towards us, we had to slowly back out of the alley and he chased us all the way on to the Main Street. We told villa staff and they would accompany us to walk in & out of the villa, and they also asked the owners to put the dogs away but they were still there so in the end I got scooters or cars to enter/exit the villa in mornings and evenings when staff weren’t there. I don’t think the dogs would have bit us (apparently they have never hurt anyone before) but if that sort of thing bothers you, this villa is not for you.

Great location. Walking distance to many good cafe . Villa is huge which is good for more ppl. The rooms r all v spacious. Thanks

The team at Ellm Management are the best! Never waited 5 minutes for a reply to a question, and the housekeeper and pool guy were soooo lovely! HIGHLY recommend these Villas and any under their management !! As a hotel guy myself, for over 35 years i was impressed 🙏
